April Fools Roundup

It’s April Fools again, and the media is in full swing. Here’s what I’ve seen so far:

  • The Hamilton Ticats are splitting up into two teams, going back to the way it was a few decades ago. Updates on their site.
  • Sheila Copps announced on CHML 900 that she’s running for major in the next election. No proof that this isn’t true… but given the date I’ll let you make your own judgement.
  • Roy Green, syndicated radio host on CHML 900, was going to interview President George Bush at 9:05 EST this morning. Not having access to a radio at that time I’m curious what happened there.
  • Google has released a new drink called Google Gulp, that allows you to “achieve maximum optimization of your soon-to-be-grateful cerebral cortex“.

That’s it for now.
